1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop kim Selina by consumers or businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB). A business is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
A contract is only concluded when we accept your order by an explicit declaration of acceptance or by dispatching the goods.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
In addition to the product price, shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, and instant bank transfer.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by you, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are generally 3–7 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
For digital products (e.g. downloads), delivery is provided via email or by a download link after receipt of payment.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods, the warranty period may be reduced to one year if you are a consumer.
To the extent legally permitted, we are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability applies only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations), and is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

All products offered on this website (in particular artworks and designs) are protected by copyright. Reproduction or commercial use without explicit written permission is not permitted.
9. Online Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
